REIKI-
Learn the art of Reiki and access Universal Life Force Energy. A gentle and non-invasive healing approach, Reiki works with the subtle energetic body. Connect with the Usui lineage of healing passed down from Dr. Mikao Usui and Grand Masters Chujiro Hayashi and Hawayo Takata.

Level I - The fundamentals of Reiki. Learn the principles and basic techniques for self-healing. Recieve 4 attunements to open energy channels. Study basic hand positons for treatments. Learn meditation and grounding techniques.

Level II- For a deeper understanding and connection with Reiki, students will learn several Reiki symbols. Distance healing and setting sacred space will be covered in this class as well. Level I Reiki and preliminary discussion required.

Healing Treatment-
A client specific session that embraces non-invasive energetic healing, breathwork, and release. Healing may be addressed within the body or within the personal space, such as home or office, of the client.

Walk with me in the woods. Learn the secrets of nature through the trees, plants and animals. Learn how to sit still and recieve the wisdom of our most immediate and visible ally, mother earth.
